if you are an affiliate program you must be willing to contribute an amount by a certain time and agree to the invoice we send you for advertising your affiliate programs.  Please understand this goes for the payment click systems as of clickbank or cj..or any other system. If we do not receive a payment in kind we will invoice for advertising your company for the period of advertising you.  We operate in advertising and sponsorships to help support the mission. Your agreement with the system does not apply to us and if we are in an affiliate program with you this is an inkind sponsorship of advertising so we will bill you if not received in a period of time. YOu have agreed to this when we went in affiliation and you must support by either linking us or have paid or a member by a certain time.  Which is $100 for links.

OUr agreement stands to protect the interest and expenses of the association and all others who WORK in the mission and third party payment systems must abide by our by laws. If breached without notice there will still be a payment due for past advertising.  You can cancel it anytime with a written notice to us certified and with balance due.  We are doing this because we were promised payment for advertising in many programs who partner with third party contracts not related to our mission and found abuse.

this will also take priority on any payment systems who help us raise money which includes paypal, or alertpay etc.. amazon if they do and interupt service of payments it will hold responsible for fees from our association for it comes as stealing or hoarding of our fund raising dollars.  WE can verify our Group and if any name is put with system in help of our volunteering staff and we say so then they should honor and allow payments to be put through immediately without any type of holding or locking of accounts.

and if they do this when originally supported us for our mission this could be liable as trying to obtain property under false pretenses.  And subject to investigation for we are registered as such to report these types of acts.

We will then bill your payment system company for the funds that are still due and any time loss for not receiving support from your customer service department or any delay of our funds.  Payment systems are only to take a fee based on their service for supporting our fund raising and not to be in control of this once we have shown verification.  You will not hold any accounts and if you feel that you are helping us by letting us know please send us an email and we will follow up with your staff to resolve this and prove and then  if there is any discretion you will work in the best interest to close the account as per our request and open another to help continue raising funds.  If as we choose to do so.

our articles of incorporation are basic info but our by laws gives us full power to control our funds and except payment.  To help our mission and pay staff and expenses including any services we choose and hire.

we are supported in relation to decide by our staff and founder where funds are distributed and no one will have this right as a third party especially members and those who are systems giving this as support will not also. For this is coming accross as a felony and we will try and charge to the full extent of the law to payment system or anyone sabatoging our projects and funding for their own personal gain or to harm or delay our mission.  

we will also try and help our members with questions or concerns regarding their lifestyle issues and are here to listen. 

all affiliates of members or staff our not our responsibility and only those who are registered with our association and related group or founder must bide by our by laws.  The affiliate setups we partner with our to save the company dollars on advertising and keep account records of fund raising and if we do not receive anything of this we still have advertised you and know that we have gave you some traffic and will have to bill you.  This is a good way it allows you a free spot for a certain time to help support us.

We expect that you have a link back to our website but will not force you but it is required in this for the offer we give. 

 if you are supplying us with software and hosting to help us thank you so much and we will still advertise you for we know that this can be expensive but if we have to pay for upgrade to get more members we would need a sponsorship link back to our site or you promoting us to help us.
