  Celebrating Moms and Women....

I was excited to see many women celebrating their creative style.   I attended a get together that allowed me to network and view some of the creative art and style of many women at home...

There was many wonderful spiritual things and the ladies were just so happy to say HI to me and tell me what they do.

There were many taking the time to show many people how their beautiful jewelry was done or how they created a new style for on the go health people to run and carry their phones. 

As a pro athlete and creative artist my self I of course wanted to share.   But I found myself also seeing things that would be great for me to use in my training ... I also found a support for independent contractors to help them protect their interests and righs to also get paid and have income.    As an independent consultant sometimes it is very competitive going up corporations who are so much more....with this in mind corporations seem to come accross and not wanting to support independents meaning money or as such.  Are we still finding that small businesses are struggling.

Yes we are.   I asked if they sold many things as myself I understand that clients are important in your business and getting steady icome.   They seem to be trying.  But I still noticed people with bags from the stores.

How sad is this.  These items are amazing and creative but I found them leaving early.    Is it that as creative artists and athletes we are still not able to get the deserved income we need and job security to back it up with starting our own business?    Are we working for companies seekig to be paid what we are worth.  With many athletes and artists we find ourselves being offered many huge opportunities and to promote  but are we being paid what you see in other categories.

When it comes to doing areas for your busiess ...renting or leasing can be expensive.  But this allows the cost to be down.

But as noticed even corporations see that maybe helping out and being part of associations can make a difference to them ...and supporting security in some way for small busiesses.  I asked about health care, bonuses, sign ons. etc...

Then I went into the big stores and found that some were hanging out but some said they weren't on commission and some said they were.   Interesting.   So this means that creative artists and athletes may have opportunities and can grow but how can we help create protection and legal representation and funding when we need to be paid.

As such most people are paid weekly, daily or biweekly.  yet some affiliates are not paying and how can we make sure that we are getting our paycheck.    When donations and sponsorships or sales come in we need to know that it is being delgated to the right source.
