Sex and the city Chris Roth and an amazing look at over 50 is taking time out in the rain to lose weight.

Yes this is something he decided to do in order to get ready for the next role as Carrie's husband in the next film.

Chris told OK Magazine and briefly sent to FitStyle Magazine a comment.  I may need a trainer to get in shape and loved the yoga poses.  But he stated that as he went to this program it was in a brazillian rain forest and nothing but vegetarian food , yoga, hiking etc....

He went for nine days.  He said that he had a little trouble with the yoga poses.  WE are sending him a note to check out our page to help him with future poses.  if you haven't seen them check it out they help with exact movements.

REcently Chris is to be with Ms Wilson soon in his own personal life.  Congrats.
